I purchased this warranty directly from Square Trade''s website. I had received an email stating that since I signed up for the email I would get 20% off my purchase. I had just bought a FIIO Mp3 player on the same day and was looking for an extended warranty plan, as the one offered was not what I was looking for. I purchased a square traded Accident plan, but did not receive the 20% discount. I contacted the company only to be informed that would receive the discount if I purchased a second warranty for another item. I did NOT have a second item and the email I received stated that I wold receive 20% off if a purchased A warranty (not 2 warranties). Here is an excerpt from the email:

I told the rep this and she just kept repeating I would get the 20% off if I purchased another warranty for a second item-WHAT A RIP OFF!. Again, I told her there was no second item to buy a second warranty. SO infuriating! I requested to cancel my warranty and to receive a full refund. She stated that she canceled my warranty and I will receive a full refund in 5 to 10 business days....REALLY?? In this day and age, it AMAZES me that it will take 5 to 10 days for refund to a credit card, for which it took 10 seconds for them to debit the account.
Hopefully I will receive my FULL refund-SOON.
